How to apply: The eye pencil is used around the eyes in liner, inside the eye kohl dimmed or even over the lid. Draw a sweep by stretching the texture on the upper eyelid from the inner eye corner to the outer one. With the built-in stump shade off, draw out and blur the texture to match every wish. Frame the Eye pencil in the inner eye for an intense and deep look.
